In case you somehow missed the two excellent Max Payne games – or scratched the discs all to hell – they’re both now available as downloads on Xbox Live Originals for $15. This news comes on the heels on the recent announcement of Max Payne 3.

This is particularly exciting since Max Payne 1 & 2 are incredibly good games with exciting action and twisted plots. I haven’t played either in a while, but I remember picking the game back up around the time of the horrible movie last year and remembering how well it stood the test of time, including the bullet-time feature that has made its way into nearly every genre of game over the past few years.

Do any of you plan on picking it up as an Xbox Live Original download?
